Hi, my name is Roger Assaf, and I’m the founder of ExercizeMe.
I help busy professionals build confidence, energy, and balance through fitness that fits real life. I work with people who feel like there’s no time for self-care and show them that lasting change is possible without extreme solutions or sacrificing everything they enjoy.
This mission is personal to me because I lived that struggle. I went through a long period of pain and frustration, living with a disease with no cure that left me in constant pain. Medication didn’t solve it, and the demands of work made it harder. I also had to overcome the feeling of being stuck and the fear that nothing would work.
Fitness became my turning point. I started training while managing pain and daily pressures, and after about five months of consistency, I experienced a major transformation in my health, confidence, and mindset. That journey led me to become a certified personal trainer and build ExercizeMe.
Fitness gave me more than physical results—it gave me structure, confidence, energy, and a sense of control. It showed me that even when life feels overwhelming, small consistent actions can create real change. Working with a coach made a huge difference by giving me guidance, structure, and support when things felt hard.
Today, I help clients create meaningful, sustainable change through accountability, structure, and progress tracking. I believe consistency matters more than perfection, and fitness should work with your life—not against it.
My mission is to help busy professionals realize they don’t have to wait for life to slow down to take care of themselves. With the right support, they can build a stronger, healthier life now—and that momentum can transform everything.
